This position is fully remote, allowing licensed therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules and workloads effectively. Although most interactions will occur through secure telehealth platforms, the opportunity may exist for occasional in-person meetings and collaboration with colleagues at our outpatient office located in North Fork, California. Your workspace will be supported by the latest digital technologies, ensuring an efficient and effective virtual therapy experience for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment for clients.

• Provide culturally competent, ethical, and evidence-based care while tailoring therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring all records reflect the services provided and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and best practices in occasional team meetings and supervision sessions.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
