Position SummaryAs a Swing Shift CNA/MT, you’ll support residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity during the 2–10pm shift. This role exists to ensure consistent, compassionate care and timely follow-through on resident needs.Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, taking and documenting vital signs, observing and reporting changes in condition, supporting mobility and transfers, and maintaining a clean, respectful care environment while following care plans and facility procedures.Required qualifications/skills: - Active CNA and/or Medication Technician credentials as applicable- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and teammates- Reliable attendance for swing shift, every other weekend, and rotating holidays- Basic documentation skills and attention to detailPay rate: $16.50/hour. Compensation includes a Competitive Salary structure in addition to the posted hourly rate.An Evening ShiftYou’ll arrive before the dinner-hour rush, get oriented to the unit’s priorities, and settle into a steady rhythm as the building transitions into evening. The pace typically includes frequent check-ins, helping residents stay comfortable, and keeping notes current as needs change. You’ll coordinate with coworkers as families visit, respond to call lights, and support a calm handoff as bedtime routines begin. Before shift end, you’ll wrap up documentation, confirm anything that needs follow-up, and leave the next team set up for a smooth start.
