ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive and positive environment. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 27 years and bring a deep understanding of the business along with a strong commitment to helping both our customers and team members succeed.

I’m a graduate of National University in San Diego and a proud mother of three accomplished children, as well as a grandmother with another grandchild on the way. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, spending time with family, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our pet-friendly office.

We stay very active in the community through charity work and involvement in local programs, including supporting youth baseball and other community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Erica Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
