Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the senior leadership team at Chick-fil-A Deptford . This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving systems, and taking ownership of operational results. You'll work alongside an established team of directors to strengthen kitchen operations, build accountability, and develop future leaders. We're looking for someone who can bring valuable experience and fresh ideas while embracing Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence, hospitality, and teamwork.

Your Impact

• Lead Operational Excellence: Maintain exceptional food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen execution while ensuring Chick-fil-A standards are consistently met.
  
• Develop High-Performing Teams: Coach and develop kitchen leaders, build accountability, and support a team of 30+ kitchen employees.
  
• Improve Systems and Processes: Identify operational challenges, implement sustainable solutions, and strengthen consistency across kitchen operations.
  
• Drive Business Results: Monitor food cost, inventory, labor, and productivity to improve efficiency and profitability.
  
• Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with fellow directors and the General Manager to achieve restaurant-wide goals and support continued growth.
  

Background Profile

• 2+ years of restaurant or kitchen leadership experience
  
• Experience managing operations in a high-volume commercial kitchen
  
• Experience coaching and developing team members
  
• Working knowledge of food safety, food quality, inventory, and labor management
  
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of hire
  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
  
• Commitment to Chick-fil-A's values of service, teamwork, and operational excellence
