Maintenance Technician- 2nd ShiftMaintenance Technician- 2nd ShiftIf interested, please apply, then call/text View phone number on click.appcast.io or email View email address on click.appcast.io: Up to $41hr2nd Shift: 2pm - 11pmWhat's in it for you?Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansPTO/VacationWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift Details:Direct hire position$ 36.00 / hourSecond ShiftMaintain and repair hydraulic, all-electric, and hybrid injection molding presses to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Perform preventive maintenance on molds, hot runner systems, temperature controllers, vacuum loaders, granulators, and resin drying equipment.Troubleshoot and repair servo motors, VFDs, AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission systems.Support startup, commissioning, and optimization of new injection molding equipment and automation systems. Inspect, repair, and replace machine components including barrels, screws, heaters, thermocouples, valves, and hydraulic cylinders.Assist with root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Perform alignment, calibration, lubrication, and precision mechanical repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.Work with production to reduce cycle times, improve machine efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the molding operation.Maintain utilities supporting molding operations, including compressed air systems, cooling towers, chilled water systems, and process water equipment.Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic drawings, and OEM equipment manuals to efficiently diagnose and repair equipment.Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; Technical/Trade School preferred.2+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding or automated manufacturing environments.Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.Knowledge of LOTO, industrial safety practices, and preventive maintenance programs.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
