Manufacturing Environment | Leadership Opportunity

Join a stable, team-oriented manufacturer as a Supply Chain Manager , leading purchasing, inventory, production planning, and logistics operations. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small team while ensuring materials are available to support production and customer demand.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of buyers and supply chain professionals.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory control, production planning, and logistics.
• Manage ERP-driven purchasing and inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels while reducing excess and obsolete stock.
• Partner with production teams to ensure materials are available on time.
• Drive process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or materials management experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• ERP system experience related to purchasing, planning, and inventory.
• Strong experience in inventory control, logistics, and production planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stony Point, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $48.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
