Provides oversight of inventory housed within CHC clinics and corporate office. Replenishes supplies as indicated. Requests items from warehouse and other vendors as needed.CHC Team PhilosophyMust demonstrate ability to work with TEAMS. Must demonstrate positive attitude and can do spirit. Major focus must be on doing what’s best for our patients, physicians and staff. Must demonstrate honesty and integrity in every area of leading.Job RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED. Supply Chain Management experience preferred. Pharmacy Technician experience a plus.Experience: Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.Other: Must have a high degree of organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills both written and verbal.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepares essential data for RFX (Request for Proposal, Information, Quotation, etc.) Stocks, replenishes, and maintains inventory of clinical storage areas (including nurse servers) office and other departmental supplies as instructed. Completes Purchase Orders. Provides shipping and receiving oversight for clinic locations. Tracks progress of Purchase Order fulfillment Forecasts necessary purchase of materials. Input and cross-checking pricing of supplies in various inventory management systems. Completes usage report of materials. Assists with special projects as assigned.Functions as a team member by expanding his/her responsibilities as directed by management to facilitate optimal workflow within the cancer center. #J-18808-Ljbffr Astera Cancer Care
