Sales Consultant, Sports (Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for the orthopaedics division covering Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. The role focuses on building surgeon and account relationships, driving product sales, and supporting surgical cases within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective surgeons and accounts through targeted selling strategies
- Drive product sales across assigned products and territory while managing customer relationships
- Provide surgical case coverage and support to surgeons and operating room personnel
- Develop and implement account-specific plans to achieve sales goals and business objectives
- Conduct educational in-services and workshops for surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Willingness to travel including weekends and overnight stays
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Data analysis experience and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in complex organizational structures
