The Job As a Sous Chef at Yellowtail in Bellagio, you will champion culinary excellence in a sophisticated, high-energy Japanese dining environment. You will ensure impeccable food quality, inspire your team to execute with precision, and contribute to a seamless guest experience that embodies the innovation and prestige of Bellagio.
