Principal Product Manager [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in India.

This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping the future of AI-powered technical assessment platforms and enterprise hiring solutions. You will define product vision, strategy, and execution for systems that evaluate engineering talent at scale while improving fairness, accuracy, and candidate experience. The role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise SaaS product development. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate complex customer needs into scalable product capabilities. A key part of the role involves leveraging large-scale performance and assessment data to continuously improve signal quality and product outcomes. This position requires strong collaboration with senior technical stakeholders and the ability to influence product direction in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Accountabilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered interview and technical assessment platforms.
• Partner with engineering, design, and content teams to build scalable, high-quality product experiences from concept through launch.
• Leverage large-scale candidate and assessment data to improve predictive accuracy, evaluation models, and overall product signal quality.
• Design experiments and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize user outcomes.
• Collaborate with GTM, sales, and enterprise customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Lead executive-level discussions, product presentations, and strategic planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and market differentiation.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8 plus years of product management experience across B2B and/or B2C SaaS products, with a strong track record of delivering measurable impact.
• Prior experience working closely with enterprise clients, including customer discovery, QBRs, and translating feedback into product strategy.
• Strong technical background, ideally with prior experience in software engineering or highly technical product environments.
• Proven ability to define, launch, and scale products from 0 to 1 and beyond in complex SaaS ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development, including experimentation, analytics, and metric design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience presenting product strategy and business value to leadership and securing executive buy-in.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline preferred.
