Annuity Claims - Claims Representative

We're looking for a Claims Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys investigating, analyzing information, and making decisions that matter. In this role, you'll evaluate claims, determine coverage, gather critical information, and help customers navigate important life events with professionalism and empathy. No two days are the same. You'll work with claimants, agents, financial institutions, and internal partners to assess claims, interpret policy provisions, and reach fair, timely, and accurate decisions. What You'll Do Investigate and analyze Annuity Claims Analyze coverage, policy language, contracts, and supporting documentation Gather and evaluate information from internal and external sources to make informed claim decisions Communicate effectively with claimants, agents, financial institutions, and business partners Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining quality standards and service commitments Identify coverage concerns, potential fraud indicators, and claims requiring escalation Prepare professional written correspondence and explain claim decisions clearly and confidently Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and customer outcomes What You'll Bring Strong investigative, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to manage competing priorities independently A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service Sound judgment, critical thinking, and a commitment to accuracy Why This Role Matters As a Claims Representative, you'll do more than review paperwork.
