Healthcare Insurance Customer Service & Outreach RepresentativeImmediate need for a talented Healthcare Insurance Customer Service & Outreach Representative. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Portland, OR (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Pay Range: $25/hr - $27/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).Key Responsibilities:Assist the sales team during Open Enrollment from September through DecemberSupport in-person seminars and community eventsEducate members on client Permanente health plan options, benefits, and pricingAnswer questions from prospective and existing members clearly and professionallyProvide phone support for member inquiriesHelp coordinate and support seminar activities and field visitsWork with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth and positive member experienceTravel throughout the Portland metro service area as neededMaintain professionalism while representing client Permanente at eventsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related field preferredStrong public speaking and presentation skillsComfortable speaking in front of groupsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service mindsetAbility to work flexible hours and support event-based schedulesReliable transportation is requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to learn quickly and follow training before field shadowingHealthcare or health insurance experienceExperience supporting seminars, events, outreach, or member educationFamiliarity with health plan products and benefitsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
