Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each client’s mental health history, challenges, and goals.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to foster client growth and resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress toward achieving these objectives.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field is required.

• At least two years of experience working in clinical settings, providing therapeutic services in individual, family, or group therapy formats.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Jude Behavioral Health Center values your contributions and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
