At Tropic, our Territory Sales Managers operate as Market Leaders, trusted by contractors and respected across the industry for their expertise, relationships, and consistent follow-through. Refrigeration contractors face challenging schedules, complex installs, and urgent service needs. They depend on knowledgeable partners who respond quickly, communicate clearly, and help them stay ahead. As a Refrigeration Market Leader, you will be that partner, the person they trust for answers, support, and dependable follow-through.Your work will strengthen existing customer loyalty and introduce Tropic’s value to new prospects across your market.
