We are seeking an Administrator Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for keeping the office supplied, organized & running effectively. This involves lots of small duties, like typing and taking notes during meetings, but their overall responsibilities are:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Microsoft Office Use, Excel, Word, Etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed
  • Maintaining files- Organizing and scanning documents
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (Use of Quickbooks)
  • Use of Additional Platforms as Required or Needed
  • Occasional Weekend Work Required
  • Additional Administrative Duties as Assigned

Education Required:

* High school or equivalent

* Prior Office Experience Required
