What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department
Assess patient conditions and prioritize urgent needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and evaluation
Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Preferred:

Additional clinical specialty certifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
