Project Manager

Our client is one of the region's leading fabricators and suppliers of structural construction materials, with work spanning commercial construction, highway and bridge, municipal, and DOT projects. They're active on some of the most recognizable projects in Western and Central New York and are growing their project management team. This is an office-based role on a stable, low-turnover team where you'll manage projects from award through final delivery — coordinating between detailing, fabrication, logistics, and field teams while serving as the primary point of contact for general contractors, engineers, and owners. Location: Office-based, regional. Responsibilities focus on project cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders. What You'll D Manage multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate fabrication sequencing, delivery schedules, and field execution Handle RFIs, change orders, and client communication Work closely with estimators, salespeople, and operations staff to keep projects on track Occasionally visit job sites to support project relationships and execution What You'll Ne 3–10+ years of construction experience; rebar background not required — concrete, structural steel, carpentry, and other trades welcomed Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Comfortable with computers and technology Basic understanding of construction financing: bid process, progress invoicing, and unit pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants
