Ecommerce Manager

Remote (US) Full-time $55K – $75K + bonus Posted February 5, 2026 Be the primary point of contact for our brand partners. You'll onboard new clients, manage day-to-day relationships, and proactively identify ways to improve their fulfillment experience. What You'll Do Onboard new clients and guide them through integration setup Monitor fulfillment SLAs and proactively resolve issues Conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts Collaborate with warehouse ops to prioritize client needs Identify upsell opportunities across our service portfolio What We're Looking For 2+ years in account management, logistics, or eCommerce Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop) Highly organized with strong project management skills Nice to Have 3PL or fulfillment industry background Experience with WMS platforms (ShipHero, ShipStation, etc.) Fully remote with flexible hours Competitive base + performance bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO policy Interested in this role?
