Facilities Manager

Dayrise Residential seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to support multiple communities within an assigned market, traveling regularly between properties to troubleshoot, mentor onsite teams, and uphold maintenance standards. You will ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the portfolio. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of multifamily property management experience, with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills, EPA and CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
