Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT cert
Experience managing municipal infrastructure and public works projects
Knowledge of Illinois municipal processes, permitting requirements, and agency coordination
Experience with water, wastewater, roadway, stormwater, or utility improvement projects
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients and community stakeholders
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
