Sr. Sales Manager, Store Brands

Abbott seeks a Senior Store Brand Manager to lead the commercialization strategy and business performance of the Store Brand Pregnancy and Ovulation Test portfolio. This office-based role in Lake Forest, Illinois involves P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership, and partnership with Swiss Precision Diagnostics to drive growth and market share.
Responsibilities
- Lead Store Brands business with full accountability for sales, market share, profitability, and operations
- Execute commercialization plans with Swiss Precision Diagnostics including new product launches
- Own P&L, analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions
- Serve as primary liaison between Abbott and Swiss Precision Diagnostics for business reviews and negotiations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in marketing, brand management, sales, or commercial leadership
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
- Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
- Domestic travel 30% and international travel under 10%
Compensation: $129,300–$258,700 base
