Blissful Balance Therapeutic Services is seeking skilled, licensed mental health professionals to fill full-time positions as Mental Health Therapists, specializing in school-based interventions. Work Environment\n

This role is designed for those who thrive in a remote setting while serving students in a school environment. You will work closely with educators, administrators, and parents, helping to enhance the emotional and psychological resilience of children and adolescents. Our work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on the needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to student needs, identifying issues and developing personalized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individual, couples, and family therapy, including modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups within schools, promoting awareness and community engagement around mental health topics.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for students.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation strategies and supportive techniques.
\n
• Educate students and families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential patient records in adherence to legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and continuous professional development initiatives.
\n
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy, integrating new research findings into practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse patients in both individual and group settings.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and continuous improvement in clinical skills.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health therapy, including school settings.
