Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and coping strategies.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on observed outcomes and feedback from clients, families, and educational staff.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, reflecting your skills and dedication to the position.
