Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs and strengths, ensuring personalized care.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families that outline clear goals and actionable interventions.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with school personnel, parents, and external providers to coordinate care, ensuring that each student receives comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to students in distress, developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
