Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner R&D Division

Role: Senior strategic HR leader serving as Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner within R&D, advising senior leadership on organizational capability, workforce planning, and talent development to support scientific and pipeline priorities. Responsibilities develop long-term organization and talent strategies drive capability planning aligned with business transformation coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness lead cross-functional partnerships to translate strategy into execution across complex global R&D functions Requirements Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic partnership in large, global, science-driven organizations proven experience advising executives, workforce planning, organization design, and leadership development High-Value pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience, supporting scientific R&D, with expertise in change management, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness WorkSetup: hybrid; travel approximately 10%. #J-18808-Ljbffr Merck
