Accounting Lead/Supervisor

Job Title: Accounting Supervisor/Lead/Manager
Location: Rialto
Salary: up to $80,000 - DOE
Schedule: M - F 100% onsite

Team size: 12

REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree in accounting or related field
at least 1 year leadership/supervisory experience
PREPARE month end and year end

Industry: Manufacturing preferred

Multiple Entities experience preferred

-Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities.
-Review, reconcile, and approve financial transactions and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
-Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to support professional development and operational efficiency.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses for management, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
-Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support audit activities by ensuring timely preparation of requested documentation and implementation of audit recommendations.
