Description

The IT Support Engineer supports all team members across the organization, providing timely desktop hardware, software, and mobile device troubleshooting with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role supporting 1,000+ users in Beverly Hills corporate headquarters, with additional site coverage in Santa Monica and Encino as needed.

Approximately 70% of the role is responding to and closing helpdesk tickets this person will be trained up on the ticketing system from day one and is expected to average 12 ticket closures per day. Responsibilities include monitoring the helpdesk queue, triaging and documenting incidents, providing Tier 2 deskside and remote support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and mobile device issues, administering user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, supporting Windows and macOS endpoints including imaging and device lifecycle management, handling video conferencing setups, new hire onboarding, office reconfigurations, and setting up and supporting desktop telecommunications including phones and voicemail. The team sits with the general population in Beverly Hills HQ so high walk-up volume is expected in addition to ticket queue management.

The remaining 30% involves special projects currently stacking up, including an ITSM tool migration, antivirus transition from Sophos to a new platform, hardware refresh, hardware decommissioning from a recent office remodel, and SOP documentation. Day to day tasks can range from something as straightforward as decommissioning old hardware to being asked to demonstrate expertise and write up a technical SOP.

This person should be hungry, ambitious, and looking to grow doors are opening internally and strong performers have been fast-tracked to full time and promoted into infrastructure and networking teams. The HM want go-getters who take initiative and set themselves up for long-term opportunity. Overqualified candidates are welcome the environment rewards ambition.

Endeavor operates as an AI-augmented IT function. Any hands-on AI experience including personal use is a strong differentiator.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
