What You'll Do

• Provide urgent care services including laceration repairs, suturing, well-woman exams, and minor procedures
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage a high-volume outpatient caseload
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care
• Document all visits accurately using Epic EMR system
• Handle acute episodes such as minor burns, foreign body removal, epistaxis, and airway support
• Manage patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics

What You Need

• Active Virginia PA license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years experience in urgent care, emergency, or primary care settings
• Proficiency in suturing, splinting, I&D, and point-of-care testing
• Comfort working in fast-paced outpatient environments and managing diverse patient needs
• Strong communication and clinical skills
