Dietary Aide OpportunityNorthwest Specialty Hospital, an extension of Northern Nevada Medical Center, brings expanded services to a new building located at 6225 Sharlands Ave. in Northwest Reno. The facility will offer acute rehabilitation and adult behavioral health services. The adult behavioral health services offered is an expansion to our current 50 and older program at NNMC. The new program will offer behavioral health services to all adults 18 years and older.This Dietary Aide opportunity is part time and offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. This position is for our Northwest Specialty Hospital in Reno. Under the direct supervision of the Food & Nutrition Services Director, Supervisor, or Lead, the Diet Aide performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties. Job duties include preparing all food items and patient meal trays accurately based on diet order, approved recipes and patient meal tickets. Uses proper techniques to ensure food safety. Follows procedures for stocking trayline, prep areas and nourishment rooms.
