Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

• Inspect aluminum wheels for defects and quality issues.
• Load and unload wheels from conveyor lines.
• Sort acceptable and non-conforming products.
• Perform minor deburring and rework as needed.
• Document defects and production information.
• Palletize finished wheels for shipment.

This Job Requires:

• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including every other weekend.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to repeatedly handle wheels weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Automotive, metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience working around conveyor systems.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Regular exposure to conveyor systems and moving equipment.
• Moderate noise levels.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• PPE required.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout a 12.5-hour shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
• Repetitive handling and inspection of aluminum wheels.
• Lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Strong visual attention to detail.
