Clinical Nurse II: C4/C3W: Infectious Disease/ Secure Unit

Position Overview Registered Professional Nurse assigned to the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit. Night shift in the United States. Compensation $83,200.00 - $93,184.00 per year (approx. $34.65 - $35.69 per hour). Responsibilities Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay. Deliver and coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team. Ensure competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers, including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) Registered Professional Nurses participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway must progress from novice to competent within a specialty. Nurses are eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.
