Real Estate Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

Looking for a real estate opportunity where you have experienced agents to learn from, proven systems to follow, and the support to build consistent production?

We’re growing and looking for motivated real estate agents who want the training, structure, and resources to build their business.

You’ll learn how to connect with potential buyers and sellers, manage your pipeline, follow up effectively, build client relationships, and move opportunities from the initial conversation toward closing.

You’ll also have access to coaching and mentorship from experienced producing agents, proven real estate systems, modern marketing and technology tools, and a competitive commission structure.

This is an opportunity to build your own client base and income while having a team and established resources behind you. As you grow, you’ll have the ability to develop repeat and referral business and create a stronger pipeline of future opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, is coachable, motivated, and willing to consistently work toward building their business.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$120,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage our proven systems and tools to efficiently manage and grow your client pipeline.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and develop strategies for successful transactions.
• Utilize modern marketing techniques to promote listings and attract new clients.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for your clients.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and generate interest from potential buyers and sellers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
• Familiarity with modern marketing techniques, including social media platforms, to promote listings and attract clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools that enhance client management and transaction efficiency.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software applications relevant to real estate transactions and marketing.
