Supervises a group of employees performing work up to the PG-13 level comprised of Quality Control Officers, Lead Quality Assurance Specialists, and Document Inspections.

Provides administrative and technical supervision and performs the full range of administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Conducts statistical analyses and studies on inspection and test results to determine quality trends, discrepancies, and control limits for processes and work types.

Confers and collaborates with senior managers in planning and developing Government Secure and Intelligent Documents' quality assurance plans, conducts studies, performs analysis and implements corrective actions.

Reads, interprets, and applies technical data such as blueprints, engineering drawings, product specifications, and technical manuals.
