Spencer Rigby has partnered with a high growth, spine/ biologics manufacturer as it rebuilds its US commercial organization under new executive leadership. The company is on a mission to shed its legacy reputation as a \"spine-only\" player and reposition itself as a true multi-indication leader. We\'re looking for a high energy Regional Sales Manager with the gravitas to walk into a room and win over surgeons and distributors alike. Someone ready to take ownership of an untapped, AZ / CO /UT region and build the distributor network with full autonomy to shape how the region is run. This is about turning a product which has historically been spine focused only into something that\'s a foothold across trauma, foot & ankle, biologics, CMF and deformity. You\'ve got no ceiling when it comes to growth or where you could take this product! Expertise in either spine hardware, trauma, foot & ankle, CMF, biologics, or deformity. Direct, hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and exiting 1099 distributors or agencies.
