Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Englewood Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping these individuals develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate with clients from various backgrounds.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when working with clients, promoting an open and trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient care, is advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques will be considered a plus, as will any specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic practices that enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Englewood Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
