The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience with an interest in actively engaging in courtroom proceedings and client interactions. Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough legal research and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Representing clients in court and at hearings, advocating for their interests Engaging in regular client communication, providing updates and strategic advice Collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy and development Participating in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions; staying current on legal developments and changes in litigation practices Admission to the Ohio Bar #J-18808-Ljbffr
