Job Overview A law firm seeks a seasoned Pre‑Litigation Attorney to join its personal injury practice in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will manage a large docket of personal injury cases across Ohio in a dynamic, professional setting. Duties Investigate case facts and develop damages evidence. Negotiate case settlements, including lien resolution. Maintain communication with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives. Collaborate with teams to achieve firm goals. Supervise support staff. Requirements Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice. Insurance defense or prior claims handling experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Litify case management software preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
