Staff Accountant

To Apply for this Job Click Here Staff Accountant - Wallingford, CT Our client, a growing company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and assist with month-end financial activities. This role will be responsible for processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting general accounting functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Process and maintain accounting transactions and records.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.
Review and reconcile financial information to ensure accuracy.
Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
Prepare reports and maintain data within accounting systems.
Provide support for audits, financial projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with NetSuite required.
