Location: St. Charles, IL
Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.00
Employment Type: Contract to Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional ready to make a meaningful impact in project management? We’re seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project teams with planning, scheduling, and effective cross-department collaboration. This pivotal role ensures smooth project delivery, timely communication, and comprehensive documentation—key drivers of our company's continued success.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in tracking project schedules, tasks, and deadlines to keep everything on track
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items for stakeholder clarity
• Update and maintain project documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Support root cause analysis by gathering data and preparing follow-up reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify project requirements and ensure milestones are met
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and documentation tasks, to engineering and project teams
• Help with project close-out procedures, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of change control, scope, scheduling, and resource management

Nice to Have:

• Experience with project management software beyond MS Office
• Prior experience in project coordination or a related field

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in project coordination or support roles

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to attend in-person meetings regularly
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds (with assistance for heavier loads)
