Senior FX Currency Admin Implementations Specialist

Senior Currency Administration Implementation Specialist – takes the lead project management role for new business implementations, focusing on Currency Administration clients under the direction of the Manager of the Currency Administration Implementations team. The role involves client engagement and an efficient, transparent, low‑risk onboarding process while coordinating across internal and external stakeholders globally. Responsibilities Lead the Global CA Implementations project management for new CA business implementations, serving as the single point of contact with clients and internal/external data agents, including BBH CA’s panel of liquidity providers and prime brokers. Ensure efficient transition between CA Sales, Product, Trading and Business teams and coordinate closely with Onboarding, Legal, Compliance and Risk to secure all required documentation before the Live Date. Develop expert knowledge of the CA product and operational processes, including a detailed understanding of each CA mandate and hedge strategy. Oversee implementation of CA parameters and static data into calculation and trading platforms, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in Foreign Exchange, Relationship Management, Custody, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency. Facilitate onboarding of all new CA mandates to BBH’s various execution models (Principal vs Agency). Determine how changing business needs impact associated systems, products and processes, contributing insightful solutions and potential efficiencies to day‑to‑day processes, and participate in ad‑hoc project management activities to support the wider FX department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, tools and techniques, and standard desktop tools including Microsoft Office. Extremely strong attention to detail, consultative and advisory skills, and the ability to work and communicate professionally with internal and external clients. Capability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines, with strong problem‑solving, organisational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 + annual target bonus. BBH and its affiliates’ compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. Base salaries may vary by location, skill, experience and qualification for the role.
