Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative Location: Greenwich Village Animal Hospital, New York, NY Hourly pay rate: $23–$24.00 (based on experience) What You’ll Do Greet customers as they arrive and act as the main point of contact for the hospital. Provide day‑to‑day client services of the front office and support staff throughout the office. Answer a busy multi‑line phone system and facilitate calls to relevant departments. Resolve informal client issues and report on these issues to the Client Services Supervisor. Maintain hospital communications via email, interpersonal and PIMs software.
