Field Marketing Sales Representative – Uncapped Commission | Earn $80k–$100k+ Company: Rhino-Back Roofing (Connecticut Field Marketing Team – Restoration) Location: Connecticut Job Type: Full-Time (Afternoon Hours + Saturdays) Are you ready to get paid what you’re worth? Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M+ annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career. What You’ll Do: Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking) Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners Offer free roof inspections and set qualified appointments for our sales team No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.
