Join the winning team at our locally owned NAPA Auto Parts Danville location. We are looking for an Office Manager to work at our Danville Auto Parts store. We are looking for someone who pays close attention to details, is customer service oriented, can work independently and with a team, and excels in a fast-paced environment. *Compensation and benefits based on experience and time with our company. Who would excel in this role: A person who demonstrates true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness Can shift into high gear in our fast-paced retail stores Build, guide and develop an engaged team to deliver outstanding levels of customer care and business results Protect and maintain the security of store assets Display pride in navigating a store recognized for safety and appearance The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Run day-to-day office and accounting operations using QuickBooks Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets in Excel Balance accounts and reconcile bank deposits and credit card statements Take and process customer payments Manage all office operations to improve market penetration, provide excellent customer service, and generate increased return on investment Monitor store sales and profit performance on a daily basis Manage and protect company assets, including controlling store expenses Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times Qualifications include but are not limited to: Proficiency with QuickBooks Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating and editing spreadsheets Knowledge of basic accounting principles and business finance Experience balancing accounts Reconciling bank deposits and credit card statements Comfortable taking and processing customer payments Possess a willingness to learn and apply new principles in management and leadership Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to get information and ideas across to others Organized with solid multi-tasking skills Good delegation and follow-up skills, with strong results orientation, customer focus and work ethic If this sounds like you, we would love to have you on our team!
