Your Main Responsibilities
- Help oversee daily operations and keep the store running at a high level
- Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and hands-on training
- Champion outstanding client service and retail sales performance
- Participate in recruiting and building a strong team
- Maintain excellent store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Support local marketing efforts and client retention in the Danville area
- Leadership or management experience (salon or retail preferred)
- Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
- Outgoing, positive attitude with strong people skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Competitive hourly pay plus service and retail commissions
- Performance bonuses paid every pay period
- Higher tips than any other chain salon in the area
- Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year
- Health insurance and 401(k) with company match
- Ongoing training and clear paths for advancement
