Build Your Career as Assistant Manager in Danville! Sport Clips of Danville is now hiring a motivated Assistant Manager for our energetic team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator known for running successful, high-performing locations.

If you're a leader who loves the salon world and wants serious earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity.

Your Main Responsibilities

Help oversee daily operations and keep the store running at a high level
Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and hands-on training
Champion outstanding client service and retail sales performance
Participate in recruiting and building a strong team
Maintain excellent store presentation and cleanliness standards
Support local marketing efforts and client retention in the Danville area

What We're Looking For

Leadership or management experience (salon or retail preferred)
Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
Outgoing, positive attitude with strong people skills
Goal-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay plus service and retail commissions
Performance bonuses paid every pay period
Higher tips than any other chain salon in the area
Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year
