This role works closely with the Facilities Director to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.Position: Assistant Facilities ManagerPay Rate: $50/hr- $55/hr.Location: North San Jose, CAKey ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.Conduct routine facility inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance.Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of service requests.Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.Assist with facility budgets, contracts, expenses, and improvement projects.Support workplace safety and compliance requirements.Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workplace changes.Maintain facility records, inventory, and vendor documentation.Respond to urgent facility issues, including occasional after-hours needs.Partner with internal teams to provide excellent workplace support.
