Create a Culture That Aligns with Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Ensures Operational Excellence.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversee all staff and operations in your restaurant with an entrepreneurial mindsetHire, train, build a bench of shift leaders and team members in restaurantOwn and promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience (Live Life Unboxed!)Maintain excellent customer service standardsEnforce and follow Pizza Hut service principals (Deliver it fast, make food we are proud to service, service with a smile)Responsible for oversight and execution of all store inventory, forecasting, scheduling processesEnsure all team members have the tools and knowledge necessary for successPartner with field marketing manager and director of field compliance to grow sales and partner with communityDevelop a store team that has high customer satisfaction resultsEnsure restaurant meets/exceeds all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes (Food, restaurant and driver safety, CHAMPS, brand standards, FSSC, CORE)Work with district manager to keep facility up to standard and in good repairResponsible for restaurant P&L managementEvaluate and improve operational and financial performance of restaurantCommunicate company initiatives and programs to restaurant teamsOwn the career development and performance management process for restaurant team (MSM)Expert knowledge and utilization of Pizza Hut provided tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia)Executes all Pizza Hut provided training material and courses, follows up with store teamsCompliant with all laws and regulationsEnsures a safe work environment is provided in restaurantMaintains a clean, organized restaurant that meets all health and safety regulationsDemonstrate trade area knowledgeManage and maintain positive vendor relationshipsBrand steward for Pizza Hut brandMaintain restaurant calendarManages and adheres to Tasty Hut, LLC handbook and policiesEffectively communicates and executes company initiatives by managing performance of restaurant teamMaintains professional image and highly ethical conduct as representative of Tasty Hut, LLCExhibit Tasty Hut, LLC core values and work daily to fulfill mission and visionOther duties as assignedTraining/Requirements:Be a customer maniac! - all rolesServ Safe certifiedLead on! shift leaderMSM course 10Proficient at Microsoft OfficeLead on! general manager and computer basicsReliable transportationCommunicate, give feedbackValid driver's license and car insurance requiredAdhere to GM schedule requirements (peak hours)Motor vehicle record check
