Job Details Location: GRAFTON, WI 53024 Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly Employment Consultant Overview Portal, Inc. is seeking a full‑time compassionate, motivated, and community‑focused Employment Consultant to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful, competitive employment. In this role you will work one‑on‑one with individuals to assess their interests, strengths, and employment goals while developing individualized employment plans that promote independence and success. You’ll build strong relationships with local employers, coordinate long‑term support services, provide job coaching, facilitate natural workplace supports, and advocate for inclusive employment opportunities throughout the community. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for helping others reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities Assess interests, strengths, and employment goals of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develop and implement individualized employment plans. Build relationships with local employers. Coordinate long‑term support services for clients. Provide job coaching and facilitate natural workplace supports. Advocate for inclusive employment opportunities throughout the community.
