Job Description
This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
- Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination
- Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
- Handle general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to work comfortably in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
