The People Concern in Woodland Hills, CA, seeks an ICMS Case Manager to support housing stability for clients experiencing homelessness, using harm-reduction and housing-first approaches. You will manage a caseload, collaborate with LA DMH and DHS, coordinate benefits and services, and promote client independence through life-skills coaching. This 100% onsite role requires strong case-management skills, transportation ability, and a commitment to trauma-informed care within a multidisciplinary #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
