As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. Throughout the day, you lead by example—checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointment, and delegating tasks. You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals alongside the Studio Manager. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch. Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. Requirements Previous experience working in gym or fitness studios. Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity). A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
